Amherst College Director of Athletics Suzanne Coffey has been named the recipient of the 2012 ECAC Katherine Ley Award. The award honors a women’s athletics administrator who has demonstrated leadership ability and has been a role model for women coaches and administrators.

Longtime Bantam Baseball Coach Resigns to Take Over at Harvard
Trinity College Athletic Director Michael Renwick has announced that Bill Decker has resigned his position as Head Baseball Coach. Decker will be assuming a new role as head baseball coach at Harvard University. He compiled a 529-231 record in more than 20 seasons with the Bantams.

Hamilton Hires McNamara as Head Women's Ice Hockey Coach
Emily McNamara has been named women's ice hockey head coach at Hamilton. McNamara joins the Continentals after a four-year stint as an assistant coach at Middlebury. She was a standout player for the Panthers from 2003-07.

Middlebury senior Jack Davies and Williams sophomore Amelia Ortiz earned weekly honors. Ortiz took home first place at the Vassar Invitational, crossing the line in 19:11. The Ephs won the team title at the competition.
