Jess DeMichiel is a two-time member of the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team. She holds the school indoor and outdoor records for the pole vault. Jess set both records during her senior year. She cleared 10-feet-6 (3.20 meters) during the indoor season and posted a mark of 10-feet-9 (3.29 meters) early in the outdoor season. Jess tied for fourth place in the pole vault and finished sixth in the hammer throw at the 2008 NESCAC championship meet, which was hosted by Hamilton.
