Killeen, Trinity (Senior, Catcher - Greenfield, Mass.) Killeen led the Bantams to their second-straight NESCAC title over the weekend, batting .636 (7-for-11) while posting a .733 on-base percentage and a 1.364 slugging mark. During Sunday’s championship against Tufts, Killeen went 4-for-4 with two home runs - including a grand slam in the bottom of the 8th inning to put Trinity ahead 7-3 en route to the win. For the weekend, Killeen had two doubles, two home runs, four walks, and seven RBI. |

Bayer, Trinity (Junior, RHP - Greenfield, Mass.) Bayer earned an 8-3 complete-game victory over Williams on Saturday morning during the 2009 NESCAC Baseball Championship, his lone appearance in the tournament. Over 9.0 IP, Bayer allowed three runs, none of which were earned, and five hits while giving up five walks and striking out six batters. He held the Ephs to a .167 batting average. |

Sullivan, Trinity (Junior, OF - North Reading, Mass.) Sullivan batted .667 (8-for-12) with a .714 on-base percentage and a 1.17 slugging mark during a 2-1 week for the Bantams. He recorded a double, a triple, a home run, two walks, two stolen bases, seven runs scored and five RBI. In a 13-3 win at Coast Guard, Sullivan went 5-for-5 with five runs and all five RBI. |

Grossman, Williams (Freshman, RHP - Indianapolis, Ind.) Grossman tossed 5.1 innings of one-run relief on Sunday, leading the Ephs to an 8-5 win over rival Amherst that clinched the top seed in the West Division and the right to host the 2009 NESCAC Baseball Championship. Over 7.1 IP in two appearances last week, Grossman allowed six hits while striking out seven batters, recording an ERA of 1.26. |

Enns, Middlebury (Junior, OF - Lansdale, Pa.) Enns batted .500 (8-for-16) with a .652 on-base percentage while slugging .636. He hit two home runs - including a grand slam - and had two doubles, six walks, four runs scored, 10 RBI, and six steals (6-for-6). |

Over a total of 8.0 IP, DeGoti held opposing batters to a .077 average, allowing just two hits and two walks while striking out nine. |

Graham batted .692 (9-for-13) during a 3-0 series sweep of Colby over the weekend, hitting three home runs during Saturday’s doubleheader against the Mules. For the series, Graham recorded a .692 on-base percentage, a 1.385 slugging mark, and a 1.000 fielding percentage. He also drove in eight runs, scored five times and stole one base. |

Mones, Wesleyan (Senior, LHP - Trumbull, Conn.) Mones tossed his third complete game of the year and first career shutout in 23 starts during a 10-0 victory at Bates on Sunday. Over 7.0 IP, Mones gave up just two hits while surrendering three walks and striking out four batters as he held the Bobcats to a .083 average. No Bates runner was able to advance past second in the game. |

Leresche led the Jumbos during a 4-1 week, batting .643 (9-for-14) with a .762 on-base percentage, a .786 slugging mark and a .923 fielding percentage. Leresche hit two doubles, walked three times, drove in nine runs and scored seven while going 5-for-5 in stolen base attempts. In the four-game series with Middlebury, Leresche was 7-for-11 with six runs and nine RBI. |

Dominguez, Wesleyan (Senior, RHP/SS - Braintree, Mass.) Dominguez earned two wins on Sunday in a pair of one-run victories over Hamilton. Dominguez pitched the final three innings of a 5-4, 11-inning win over the Continentals in game one, allowing just two hits while helping his own cause by scoring the game-winning run. He went the distance in the second game, surrendering four hits and one run in the 2-1 win. Over 10.0 IP, Dominguez had a 0.90 ERA with six strikeouts while holding opponents to a .167 average. |

Webb, Bates (Sophomore, Catcher - Hampden, Maine) Webb batted .611 (11-for-18) with a .632 on-base percentage and a 1.111 slugging mark while not committing an error behind the plate during the Bobcats’ 3-2 week. He hit four doubles, a triple and a home run while scoring seven runs and batting in four. During Sunday’s doubleheader sweep of Colby, Webb combined to go 5-for-8 from the dish. He also threw out three runners on seven stolen base attempts on the week. |

Driscoll, Bowdoin (Senior, RHP - Braintree, Mass.) Driscoll recorded a win and a save last week for the Polar Bears without allowing a run. He picked up the save during a mid-week win against Southern Maine, 7-4, before tossing six innings of shutout ball in a 3-0 decision against Thomas on Sunday. In 7.0 IP, Driscoll allowed two hits and struck out five, holding opposing batters to a .095 average. |

Sonnenfeld batted .555 during a 3-1 week for the Cardinals, posting a .579 on-base percentage, a .722 slugging percentage and a .889 fielding percentage. During Wesleyan’s 16-1 win over Coast Guard on Thursday, Sonnenfeld went 4-for-6 with four RBIs and two runs. He finished the week going 10-for-18 with three doubles, five runs scored and six batted in along with a walk. |

Mones, Wesleyan (Senior, RHP - Trumbull, Conn.) Mones tossed a sparkling complete-game five-hitter on Friday at home in a 3-1 Cardinals victory over Amherst. After working out of jams in the first and second innings, including a bases-loaded, no-outs situation, Mones went 22 consecutive batters without allowing a hit before losing his shutout bid in the ninth. He finished the game with nine strikeouts and one walk, holding opposing batters to .167. |

Heller, Amherst (Freshman, OF - Brooklyn, N.Y.) Heller reached base safely in all 10 of the Lord Jeffs’ games last week as he led his team in virtually every offensive category. Heller batted .622 with an OBP of .652 and a slugging percentage of .946, accumulating 23 hits, five doubles, two triples, a home run and six walks. He also had 22 RBIs and 15 runs along with eight steals (8-for-10). |

Foster, Hamilton (Junior, RHP - Sherborn, Mass.) Foster recorded a 1.72 ERA during three appearances over 15.2 IP, going 1-0 with one save. He had 15 strikeouts while surrendering only nine hits and four runs, three of which were earned, along with two walks. Against Union on Saturday, Foster allowed five hits, one run, and a walk while striking out six. |

Bayer, Trinity (Junior, RHP - Greenfield, Mass.) Bayer posted a 3-0 record, winning his two starts while notching another in relief for the Bantams last week. He allowed nine runs - only two of which were earned - and struck out 19 batters over 16.2 IP. During a 15-6 win over Suffolk, Bayer struck out 13 batters. In a 7-5, 12-inning victory against Hamilton, Bayer pitched three scoreless innings of relief. |
