HARTFORD, Conn. - Senior running back Thomas Pierandri enjoyed a historic performance, setting a new College and league record for rushing yards with 304 and two touchdowns to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 53-0 win over the visiting Wesleyan University Cardinals in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) football season finale at Jessee/Miller Field.

Trinity finishes the 2003 season undefeated at 8-0 with its 14th straight win, while the Cardinals close the campaign even at 4-4. Williams College defeated Amherst 14-10 to finish the 2003 campaign as conference runners-up at 6-2.
