Offensive Player of the Week
Fletcher Ladd, Amherst
(Senior, Running Back - Amherst, N.H.)
Senior tailback Fletcher Ladd rushed 34 times for 179 yards and a touchdown as Amherst claimed sole possession of the Little Three title with a 13-10 win over visiting Williams. Ladd finished the season with 1,137 rushing yards upping his career total to a school-record 3,817 yards.

Defensive Player of the Week
Michael Blair, Trinity
(Junior, Defensive End - Plymouth, N.H.)
Blair finished with eight tackles, a sack, 1.5 tackles for losses, a forced fumble, and two pass deflections, as the Bantam defense held Wesleyan to 139 yards in total offense and just seven pass completions in 21 attempts for 93 yards. He also stopped a Wesleyan ball carrier on 4th-and-inches at midfield with the game still very much in doubt at 7-6 in Trinity's favor in the second quarter.

Rookie of the Week
Matt Pitarresi, Hamilton
(Freshman, Defensive Back - New Hartford, N.Y.)
Matt Pitarresi was credited with 11 tackles, including a team-high five solos, and returned an interception 31 yards for a touchdown and a first quarter Hamilton lead in an eventual loss at Bates.

Offensive Player of the Week
Tim Crawley, Williams
(Senior, Running Back - Cottage Grove, Ore.)
Crawley netted 210 yards rushing on 39 carries, averaging 5.7 yards per carry, and scored three first-half touchdowns in his final home game as an Eph as Williams defeated Wesleyan 30-12.

Defensive Player of the Week
Coleman Hutzler, Middlebury
(Junior, Linebacker - Las Vegas, Nev.)
Hutzler had a huge day at Hamilton as he ended the game with 19 total tackles. Three of his tackles were for lost yardage, to go along with a sack and a blocked punt where he was credited with a safety.

Rookie of the Week
Chris Bashaw, Colby
(Freshman, Running Back - Rutland, Mass.)
Colby's Chris Bashaw scored the Mules' only two touchdowns for the second straight week and finished with 92 yards on 34 carries in a 17-3 victory over Tufts.

Offensive Player of the Week
Zach Librizzi, Wesleyan
(Freshman, Quarterback - Essex Junction, Vt.)
In his first start at quarterback, freshman Zach Librizzi completed 24 of 41 passes for 308 yards and four touchdowns (16, 21, 12 and 7), with the final one coming at the 2:25 mark of the fourth quarter for the game-winner.

Defensive Player of the Week
Bryan McDavitt, Tufts
(Sophomore, Defensive Back/Punter - Holden, Mass.)
McDavitt helped a Tufts defense that held an undefeated Amherst team that was averaging 33.8 points and 421 yards per game to three points and 221 yards in a 10-3 Jumbo upset. McDavitt finished with six total tackles, including two for losses of 13 yards. He also forced a fumble, defended three passes and had a sack for a loss of 11 yards that caused a fumble which led to a Tufts field goal and a 3-0 Jumbo lead. He had a clutch pass breakup late in the fourth quarter with Amherst on the Jumbo 15 looking to tie the score. McDavitt also punted nine times for an average of 37.1 yards per kick.

Rookie of the Week
Chris Bashaw, Colby
(Freshman, Running Back - Rutland, Mass.)
Bashaw averaged 4.9 yards per carry on 21 rushes for 102 yards and had both Mule touchdowns in a 17-16 victory at Bates. Bashaw's lone catch of 15 yards was a big one, going for a touchdown. He also had a 4-yard scoring run.

Offensive Co-Players of the Week
Mike Keenan, Middlebury
(Senior, Quarterback - Rutland, Vt.)
Keenan broke three school records as he helped lead Middlebury to a 42-31 win over Bates. The senior went 31-45 for 427 yards with touchdown passes of three, 26 and 41 yards on the afternoon.

Tom Cleaver, Middlebury
(Senior, Wide Receiver - Severna Park, Md.)
Cleaver tied a school record with 15 receptions and broke the school mark with 256 yards receiving. Twelve of his 15 receptions were for 10 or more yards, with eight for 17+ yards on the day. He scored Middlebury's second touchdown with a 26-yard reception early in the second quarter.

Defensive Player of the Week
Josh Berman, Colby
(Junior, Defensive Back - Lyndon, Vt.)
Colby defensive back Josh Berman led all tacklers with 12 stops and had a fumble recovery that led to the Mules' first score in a 35-0 win against Hamilton. Berman was part of a secondary that held Hamilton to just 49 yards of passing on 10 completions.

Rookie of the Week
Ron DiGravio, Bates
(Freshman, Running Back - Farmington, Maine)
Rookie running back Ron DiGravio had his first 100-yard rushing game, totaling 142 yards on 26 carries with two touchdowns to lead the Bates rushing attack against Middlebury. DiGravio scored on two- and one-yard runs for the Bobcats.

Offensive Player of the Week
Brandon Holtslag, Hamilton
(Junior, Quarterback - Whitesboro, N.Y.)
Brandon Holtslag ran for a career-high 230 yards on 29 carries, tied a school record with four rushing touchdowns, and threw for a career-best 279 yards and another score as Hamilton came from behind in the second half to defeat Bowdoin in two overtimes at Steuben Field. Holtslag helped the Continentals erase a 21-point third quarter deficit by scoring all his touchdowns in the second half and overtime. Hamilton trailed 48-45 in the second extra period, but his 1-yard scamper gave the Continentals the improbable win. Holtslag completed 22-of-40 passes with the 15-yard touchdown toss in the fourth quarter.

Defensive Player of the Week
Wayne Harrington, Colby
(Senior, LB - Rockland, Mass.)
Colby's Wayne Harrington made 18 tackles, including four for loss, and added one pass break-up in the Mules' 19-10 loss to Amherst. Harrington was part of a defense that allowed high-scoring Amherst just 10 points (other nine points were on punt return and a safety). Harrington leads Colby in total tackles and tackles for loss.

Rookie of the Week
Brandon Colon, Bates
(Freshman, QB - Manchester, N.H.)
Colon threw one touchdown pass and ran for another lead Bates to a 28-7 win over Wesleyan. Colon was 18-for-27 passing for 197 yards, helping the Bobcats defeat the Cardinals for the first time since 1982 to snap a 17-game losing streak against Wesleyan.

Offensive Player of the Week
Fletcher Ladd, Amherst

Ladd scored a pair of touchdowns and became the first player in school history to crack the career 3,000-yard rushing plateau, rumbling for a workmanlike 284 yards on 35 carries, as undefeated Amherst improved to 3-0 with a 34-26 come-from-behind win at Middlebury. Ladd scored a pair of touchdowns on the day, including an electric 80-yard scoring jaunt on the game’s opening play, and fell just one yard shy of Amherst’s single-game rushing record of 285 yards.

Defensive Player of the Week
Steve Curwen, Bowdoin
(Junior, DB - Milford, Conn.)
Bowdoin's Steve Curwen picked off a pass and returned it 70 yards for Bowdoin's first touchdown in a 14-12 defeat of Tufts. The junior contributed seven solo tackles as the Polar Bears snapped their 14-game losing streak with the victory.

Rookie of the Week
Tim O’Callaghan, Wesleyan
(Freshman, LB - Babylon, N.Y.)
Wesleyan freshman linebacker Tim O'Callaghan led all defenders with 15 total tackles including two sacks during a 23-0 loss at Colby.

Offensive Co-Players of the Week
Zach Canter, Wesleyan
(Sophomore, QB - Chestnut Hills, Mass.)
Canter threw for a Wesleyan and NESCAC record 437 yards with four touchdowns in leading the Cardinals to a 41-35 comeback win over Hamilton. Canter rallied Wesleyan to four scores in the fourth quarter including three touchdown tosses in the final five minutes. He also completed two two-point conversion passes in the final period to pull the Cardinals even setting up the game-winning pass with 1:08 left.

Brandon Holtslag, Hamilton
(Junior, QB - Whitesboro, N.Y.)
Holtslag rushed for a career-high 179 yards and two touchdowns to go with 234 yards passing and three scoring tosses in loss at Wesleyan.

Defensive Player of the Week
Rob Walsh, Amherst
(Senior, DB - Fair Lawn, N.J.)
Amherst senior defensive back Rob Walsh tied a school record with four interceptions in Saturday's 34-28 win at Bowdoin. Walsh’s fourth and final pick came in the second overtime, setting the stage for Amherst's game-winning touchdown. He also turned in six tackles and five pass deflections.

Rookie of the Week
Chris Bashaw, Colby
(Freshman, RB - Rutland, Mass.)
Bashaw led Colby in rushing with 60 yards on 14 carries including a 40-yard touchdown in the Mules' 23-6 win against Middlebury. Bashaw averaged 4.3 yards per rush and also caught one ball for 11 yards.

Offensive Player of the Week
Drew Finkeldey, Trinity
(Senior, RB - Ivoryton, Conn.)
Finkeldey rushed 16 times for 142 yards. He ran for touchdowns of 32, 37, and three yards. The Bantams rushed for over 400 yards for the second straight game going back to last year, and won their 15th straight game which is the longest such streak in Division III football.

Defensive Player of the Week
Steve Curwen, Bowdoin
(Junior, DB - Milford, Conn.)
Bowdoin's Steve Curwen intercepted a pass four minutes into the first quarter and returned it 51 yards for the game’s first score. It was the Polar Bears' first defensive touchdown since Nov. 3, 2001 against Bates. Curwen also had six total tackles and a pass deflection in the contest.

Rookie of the Week

Matt Pitarresi recorded a game-high 21 tackles, including nine solos, and returned an interception 11 yards in a loss at Amherst College.
