Hudnut was the MVP of the Colby Classic after averaging 20.5 points, 16.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.0 blocks in wins against Daniel Webster and Endicott. In the title game against Endicott, Hudnut had 10 points and 12 rebounds in the second half to turn a two-point halftime lead into an 80-69 victory. He had 15 defensive rebounds among his 18 boards against Endicott and dished five assists while often being double teamed. Hudnut piled up 24 points and 15 rebounds, including six offensive boards, against Daniel Webster.

Sinnickson earned MVP honors for the second-straight weekend as Middlebury captured the Bridgewater State Tournament. The senior averaged 23.0 points and 15.0 rebounds per game, while shooting .469 from the floor as the Panthers topped Medgar Evers and Clark over the weekend. He now has four double-doubles in four games this season, leading the NESCAC with 22.0 points and ranking second with 13.8 rebounds per contest.

Safford was named the Babson Invitational MVP on Sunday after pouring in 21 points in the second half of Bates’ 54-51 championship game win over the host Beavers, including the game-winning 3-pointer with 1.8 seconds left in the game. Safford averaged 22.5 points on 57.7 percent shooting from the field to go with 7.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.5 steals per game.
