Hamilton's Grady Reaches 300 Career Wins

CLINTON, N.Y. – Hamilton College head
men's hockey coach Phil Grady recorded his 300th career coaching
victory - all at Hamilton - with the Continentals' 2-0 win against
Potsdam St. in the Babson College Invitational Tournament
consolation game in Babson Park, Mass., on Sunday, Nov. 25.
Grady has a record of 300-244-34 in 24 seasons at Hamilton. He is
the 17th NCAA Division III men's hockey coach to reach the 300-win
milestone. Grady ranks 12th in wins on the Division III active
coaches list.
Grady has coached the Continentals to 18 postseason appearances
and 15 winning seasons. In 1998, Hamilton defeated Connecticut
College, 2-1 in overtime, for the Eastern College Athletic
Conference East Division title. Eleven 100-point scorers and four
All-Americans have played for Grady. He is the program's all-time
leader in wins.
