Sophomore • Center Field • Hopkinton, Mass.
Cooprider went 4-for-4 with one home run, four runs scored, and one
RBI in Game Six of the NESCAC Championship, which Tufts won 8-0
over Bowdoin, to win its eighth conference title. Her home run in
the first inning put Tufts on the scoreboard and she also scored
the eighth run which ended the game in the sixth inning. She was
1-for-3 with one double, one RBI, and one run scored in a 3-1 win
over Wesleyan in Game One on Friday.
Rebecca DiBiase Tufts University
Senior • Wellesley, Mass.
DiBiase pitched a one-hit shutout, giving up one hit and
striking out two, while facing the minimum number of batters for a
six inning game on Sunday. Her performance on the mound helped
Tufts to an 8-0 Game Six win over Bowdoin and its eighth NESCAC
Championship.
