Mecray, Bowdoin (Sophomore - Cumberland, Maine) Mecray led the Polar Bears to a win at Colby over the weekend, setting a pool record in his 100-yard breaststroke victory with a time of 58.22. He was two tenths of a second off setting the record in the 100-yard freestyle, recording a win in a time of 47.67. Mecray was also part of the winning 200-yard medley relay team. |

Gardel, Tufts (Senior - Wayland, Mass.) Gardel had a strong showing at the Wheaton Invitational this past weekend, winning the 1-meter and 3-meter events with scores of 451.60 and 465.90, respectively. |

Storms, Wesleyan (Senior - Stamford, Conn.) Storms came away with a win in the 200-yard freestyle event on Saturday against Bowdoin and Colby, posting a time of 1:46.13. He also recorded season-best marks in the 50 and 100-yard freestyle with times of 22.4 and 48.49 seconds, respectively. Storms was part of the winning 400-yard freestyle relay team as well, posting a split of 47.57 seconds. |

Friel, Trinity (First Year - Weston, Mass.) Friel set a program record in the 100-yard butterfly during a quad-meet with Bowdoin, Colby and Wesleyan, as she won the event in 1:00.53. She also had a season-best time of 2:00.22 in the 200-yard freestyle and anchored the 400-yard freestyle relay team that finished second overall with a split time of 55.49. |

Beeman, Middlebury (Senior - Guilford, Conn.) Beeman won the 50 and 100-yard freestyle events during a dual meet with Union this past weekend, posting times of 21.90 and 48.57, respectively. He was also the lead-off leg on the winning 200-yard freestyle relay team, as his time of 21.87 proved to be the best of the season in the 50-yard freestyle. |

Colker-Eybel, Wesleyan (First Year - Columbus, Ohio) Colker-Eybel earned personal best times in the 200-yard freestyle (1:55.68) and the 100-yard butterfly (58.73) during a dual meet against Connecticut College this past weekend, winning both events in the process. She also swam to a first place showing in the 200-yard IM (2:12.88) and was a member of the winning 400-yard freestyle relay team. |

DeConick, Hamilton (Junior - Windsor, Conn.) DeConick won three events on Saturday for the Continentals in a dual meet at Middlebury. DeConick took first in the 50, 100 and 200-yard freestyle events, posting times of 22.08 seconds, 48.58 seconds, and 1:48.34, respectively. |

Gibbons, Hamilton (Sophomore - Clarks Summit, Pa.) Gibbons earned two first-place finishes for the Continentals in a dual meet at Middlebury on Saturday. Gibbons took first in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 24.94 seconds. She also won the 100-yard freestyle in 54.46 seconds. |

Lichtenfels, Amherst (Sophomore - McLean, Va.) Lichtenfels earned two individual victories and was part of the winning 400-yard freestyle relay team on Saturday during a dual meet with Williams. Lichtenfels set a Pratt Pool record in the 1,000-yard freestyle, finishing the event in 9:33.10, and was also first in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:38.69. The 400-yard freestyle relay team also set a pool record (3:08.34). |

Todhunter, Williams (Sophomore - Ithaca, N.Y.) Todhunter came away with two individual victories and helped two relay teams to first place finishes as the Ephs downed rival Amherst on Saturday. Her times of 55.58 in the 100-yard butterfly and 2:01.63 in the 200-yard butterfly are currently tops in the nation. She also swam the butterfly leg of the 200-yard medley relay and anchored the 400-yard freestyle relay. |

Dyrkacz, Williams (Freshman - Wilbraham, Mass.) Dyrkacz came in first in the 1,000-yard freestyle (9:50.97) and placed second in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:11.18) and 400-yard IM (4:09.97) during a dual meet victory over Connecticut College on Saturday. The three times are among the conference leaders so far this season. |

Wilson, Williams (First Year - West Hartford, Conn.) Wilson won two events during Saturday’s dual meet with Connecticut College, the 400-yard IM (4:28.36) and the 1,000-yard freestyle (10:05.75). Her time in the 1,000 free was a personal best, pool, and school record. It was the second meet in a row that Wilson had set a program record. |

Matera, Tufts University (Senior - Trumbull, Conn.) Matera won the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events at the MIT Invitational over the weekend in competition that featured at least 10 competitors. Matera took the 1-meter with a score of 293.15 and earned the 3-meter event with a score of 319.70, nearly 60 points higher than the runner-up in the event. |

Karlson, Connecticut College (First Year - Wayland, Mass.) Karlson posted personal-best times in the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke events against Coast Guard last week, winning both races. Her time of 2:29.74 in the 200 was a program record, while her 1:08.21 showing in the 100 was just shy of another Camel record. |

Walsh, Connecticut College (Sophomore - Lincoln Park, N.J.) Walsh won the 100 and 200-yard backstroke events in 52.07 and 1:57.49, respectively, and was also the leadoff man for the 200-yard medley and freestyle relays. His leg of 21.63 in the freestyle relay helped the Camels take first in that event, as Connecticut College was able to secure a win over Middlebury on Saturday. |

Colker-Eybel, Wesleyan (First Year - Columbus, Ohio) Colker-Eybel finished first in the 200-yard freestyle and the 200-yard IM events during the Cardinals meet at Bates over the weekend. She completed the 200 free in 1:58.59 while her time in the 200 IM came close to the program record, as she finished in 2:13.71. |
