Fourth-seeded Bowdoin (5-3-1, 10-3-1) will play fifth-seeded Bates (5-3-1, 10-3-1) at 1:30 p.m. on the Leahey Field. Amherst, Bowdoin, and Bates each posted 5-3-1 conference marks. Amherst and Bowdoin each defeated Bates during the regular season. The Jeffs and Polar Bears played to a scoreless tie in the regular season with Amherst earning the tie-breaker by virtue of its win over Tufts, the highest-seeded team against whom the Jeffs and Polar Bears had different results.

Williams, which posted a 9-0-0 record in conference play, earned the top seed for the tournament. The three first-round winners will join Williams in the conference tournament semifinals. The Ephs will host the semifinals on Saturday, October 27 and will host the championship game on Sunday, October 28.

The top seven teams in regular season conference play qualify for the NESCAC championship tournament. The top-seeded team hosts the semifinal and final rounds, while the other six teams compete in first-round action at a pre-determined site. The top seed faces the lowest remaining seed in one semifinal and the other two first round winners face off in the other semifinal.
