Bowdoin's Corey Named Assistant on All-Navy Volleyball Team
BRUNSWICK, Maine - Bowdoin women's volleyball coach Karen Corey has been chosen as the Assistant Coach to the All-Navy Women's Volleyball team. The All-Navy Sports Program is a national sports program conducted under the Armed Forces Sports Program.

HADLEY, Mass. - Amherst suffered a 3-0 setback to Juniata on Thursday in the quarterfinals of the 2007 NCAA Volleyball Tournament, bringing the Jeffs season to an end in the process. The Eagles came away with wins of 30-8, 30-22, 30-21. Although Amherst fell short of earning the NCAA title, the Jeffs tied the program mark for wins in a season and reached the NCAA quarterfinals for the first time in school history.

Amherst Falls to Juniata in NCAA Volleyball Quarterfinals
BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - Amherst suffered a 3-0 setback to defending NCAA Volleyball champion Juniata on Thursday afternoon at the Shirk Center on the campus of Illinois Wesleyan University. The Lord Jeffs finish their season with a school-best 30-5 record, while the Eagles advance to Friday's semifinal round.

Amherst Advances to NCAA Volleyball Quarterfinals with 3-1 Win Over MIT
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - In a battle of the at-large bids, Amherst College upended MIT, 30-25, 30-16, 24-30, 30-23, in the final of the NCAA Division III Women’s Volleyball New England Regional on Saturday night. The Lord Jeffs (30-4) will meet up with Juniata College on Thursday, Nov. 15 in the quarterfinals which will be hosted by Illinois Wesleyan University. Following their second straight regional final appearance, the Engineers finished the season with a record of 36-3.
