Kelsey Named Head Volleyball Coach at Williams
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. Williams athletic director Harry Sheehy announced today that Christi Kelsey has been named the head coach of Williams women's volleyball. Kelsey succeeds Fran Vandermeer who in nine years directed the Ephs to five Little Three titles, NESCAC titles and four NCAA Elite Eight appearances in accumulating a Williams record 244 wins.

Drennan Named CoSIDA Academic All-American
HADLEY, Mass. - Wesleyan senior Lisa Drennan (Ann Arbor, Mich.) has been selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) as a member of the Academic All-America Second Team, it was announced on Tuesday. Drennan was the only individual this fall from the NESCAC to be chosen as an Academic All-American.

HADLEY, Mass. - 2008 NESCAC Volleyball Champion Williams College saw its season draw to a close during the quarterfinals of the 2008 NCAA Volleyball Championship hosted by Illinois Wesleyan in Bloomington, Ill. The Ephs fell to Ohio Northern by a 3-0 score (25-16, 25-14, 25-13) on Thursday evening.

Williams Falls to Ohio Northern 3-0 in NCAA Volleyball Quarterfinals
BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Williams College volleyball team (28-13) saw its magical season come to end Thursday night in the NCAA quarterfinals hosted by Illinois-Wesleyan. The New England regional champion Ephs fell to Ohio Northern (34-4), 3-0 (25-16, 25-14, 25-13).

Drennan of Wesleyan Recognized by AVCA as All-American
MIDDLETOWN, Conn. - Wesleyan senior outside hitter Lisa Drennan (Ann Arbor, Mich.) has been selected by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) as a Second Team All-American. Drennan is the only player from a NESCAC or New England institution to be listed among AVCA's three All-America squads.
