Middlebury's Aldrich Named Women's Cross Country National Coach of the Year

NEW ORLEANS – Middlebury’s Terry Aldrich was named the women’s USTFCCCA Division III Cross Country Coach of the Year following the NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships.
Aldrich led his Panthers to their fifth NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship with a convincing victory at Hanover College. Middlebury finished with 179 team points, 50-points better than the runner-up.
Alexandra Krieg was Middlebury’s lone member of the USTFCCCA All-American team.
In addition to the National Coach
of the Year honor for Aldrich, he was also named the New England
Region Coach of the Year and the New England Small College Athletic
Conference Coach of the Year. Middlebury has won five NCAA cross
country titles (2000, 2001, 2003, 2006, and 2008) and in each
Aldrich has won the conference, region and national coach of the
year honors.
