NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Connecticut College men's ice hockey program is teaming up with the institution's Office of Sexual Violence Prevention and Advocacy to host its 8th Annual "Green Dot Game" when the Camels face Tufts on Saturday, February 2 beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Green Dot is an international violence prevention program, implemented by the College in 2010, that trains students, faculty and staff in bystander intervention, and the endeavor for Saturday's game is being organized with the goal of increasing awareness to help prevent sexual violence, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking on campus and in our communities.

Men's ice hockey is the first of several varsity programs at Connecticut College to begin hosting a "Green Dot Game" annually. Fans are encouraged to wear green on Saturday night, and there will be several activities taking place throughout the evening which includes a chuck-a-puck competition during the second intermission as well as raffle prizes.
