
Field Hockey Player of the Week
Beth Krikorian, Tufts
Junior • Midfield • Windham, N.H.
Krikorian scored the game-winning goal to complete Tufts’ 2-1 comeback win at Williams. After Williams took a 1-0 lead with 6:19 remaining in the fourth quarter, Krikorian took a shot that was stopped, but senior Marguerite Salamone (Yardley, Pa.) scored on the rebound for the game-tying goal at the 5:52 mark. Krikorian scored game-winner with 3:23 remaining to lift the Jumbos past the Ephs.
Men's Soccer Player of the Week
Luke Protti, Bates
Sophomore • Midfield • Amherst, Mass.
Protti scored back-to-back goals 39 seconds apart in the second half to break a 1-1 tie and give Bates a 3-1 lead it held for the final result in a win at Hamilton. Protti had not attempted a shot in the other four games of his career.

Volleyball Player of the Week
Maddie Stewart, Tufts
Senior • Outside Hitter • Menlo Park, Calif.
Stewart was the offensive leader in a 4-0 opening week for the Jumbos. She averaged 3.14 kills per set with a .376 hitting percentage and added 10 digs and nine blocks. She had a career-high 18 kills in a 3-2 win over Emerson, where she also added two aces, three digs, and a block. Stewart totaled six kills and two blocks to a win over Roger Williams and eight kills and three blocks to a win over DeSales. She wrapped up her week with a 12-kill, three-block performance in a win over Coast Guard.
